Before I began my job as a travel consultant eight years ago, I studied art history at the Louvre Museum and worked for the Opera National de Paris. These days, travel is my passion as well as my profession, but I find that my background in the arts serves me well as I advise clients on cultural things to see and do.
As a native of France, I have an insider's familiarity with various European countries and how best to visit them. That knowledge allows me to provide my clients with important details in advance, from the best local restaurants, to the layouts of airports, to the distances from one attraction to another. Those little extras can make or break a vacation.
I specialize in honeymoons and destination weddings, focusing on very high-end, thorough itineraries for discerning couples and their guests. I know all of the Caribbean islands intimately, and I love planning trips to Hawaii. I can customize romantic vacations in France, Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey. Argentina is another great place for a honeymoon, especially for couples looking at a time frame of two to three weeks. It’s a great value, and it’s very rich in things to see and do.
I believe that a good consultant must travel on a regular basis. For that reason, I make sure to take my own trips at least four times a year, expanding my knowledge of tried-and-true destinations and discovering new places. I enjoy visiting St. Barts in the Caribbean, and one of my favorite getaways is Tahiti, an island that no one should go to alone. It’s a land of love.
