At the Anabella Hotel, we can accommodate smaller functions of ten to large scale events of 200. With four separate meeting rooms, a restaurant dining room, patio and pool area, we will be able to handle almost any event needs to may have!

1st Course:
~ Garden Salad - mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and seasonal vegetables tossed in our special Dijon Vinaigrette
2nd Course (one option per person):
~ Penne Pasta with roasted Chicken - sun dried tomatoes and asparagus in Chef Sergio's mushroom Alfredo sauce served with grilled vegetables and chicken (optional vegetarian dish - served without chicken)
~ Citrus Chicken - grilled breast of chicken in our special citrus marinade served with black beans and citrus mashed potatoes
~ Skillet Seared Salmon - served with roasted pepper coulis and seasonal steamed vegetables
~ Filet Mignon - grilled to perfection served with an onion confit, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal steamed vegetables.
3rd Course (one option per person):
~ Orange Cheesecake - our signature, one of a kind treat!
~ Chocolate Mousse Cake - served with a crème angalise and berry puree
