The Proud Bird has seven beautiful banquet rooms, an outdoor ceremony location and a variety of personalized packages to accommodate any special occasion or private event.

The Grand Ballroom is the largest of the banquet rooms that the Proud Bird offers, accommodating up to 1,000 guests. This room features a private entrance, a separate cocktail/foyer area and a large dance floor in an elegant setting and is perfect for any grand scale event.

The Tuskegee Ballroom is the most popular banquet room offered, accommodating up to 400 guests. This room features a private entrance, a separate cocktail/foyer area and a dance floor. The Red Baron Room, also a popular room at the Proud Bird provides a beautiful setting for the more modest event. This room features a view of the outside garden patio, a dance floor and has an option for a separate cocktail/foyer area. This room will accommodate up to 140 guests.

The Doolittle Room and the Lemay Room are very similar. The Doolittle Room is located on the second floor of the facility and features a view of the nearby approach runway and the surrounding city, the best view in the house. The Doolittle Room will accommodate up to 120 guests. The Lemay Room is located on the main level of the facility with the same runway and city view. This room features outside access to a small patio and the option for a dance floor. This room accommodates up to 110 guests. The Proud Bird also offers a ceremony site, the Red Baron Patio is a beautiful terracotta tiled garden area with a Gazebo. This area provides an elegant and intimate setting for wedding ceremonies and will accommodate up to 200 guests.
