Luminarias is located on a hilltop in Monterey Park offering a spectacular view of the San Gabriel Valley. With Latin influenced decor, the atmosphere is relaxing yet elegant and provides the perfect setting for any occasion.

Dining at and attending events at Luminarias has been a family tradition for many since 1971, offering six beautiful ballrooms with breathtaking views of the San Gabriel Valley. In the evening Luminarias light up the pathway leading you through a small garden and past a tropical waterfall to the welcoming entry of the facility.

Luminarias offers six beautiful banquet rooms for special events and a ceremony site for weddings. The largest room is the North & View Grand Ballroom with accommodations for groups of 275 to 400 guests. This ballroom is absolutely breathtaking from the unique chandeliers and elegant chiffon draping to the enormous dance floor. This Ballroom also features the view of the San Gabriel Valley, a spectacular backdrop for those perfect wedding pictures of the Bride and Groom. The Foyer Room is the second largest room offered at Luminarias with beautiful artistic decor and mirrors this room provides an ideal setting for any event accommodating 150 to 200 guests.

The third largest room, the South Ballroom offers a view of a garden area and of the nearby golf course. This ballroom will accommodate groups of 120 to 150 guests.

The next room in size is the Buena Vista accommodating 65 to 100 guests. This room features 180 degrees of windows that offer a view of the San Gabriel Valley below. The chiffon drapery and high ceilings provide a grand elegance to this more intimate event setting. The ceremony site offered at Luminarias is an intimate patio area with tropical flowers blooming all around that provides the perfect setting for a ceremony. A traditional white gazebo and white chairs set up chapel style are provided for ceremonies.
