COST ESTIMATES
SPECIAL NOTE:
WE OFFER GROUPS / EVENTS EXCLUSIVE RENTAL ONLY OF THE LODGE; FOR THAT REASON, EVERY PACKAGE IS CUSTOMIZED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF YOUR EVENT. ALL COSTS ARE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

THE COSTS BELOW ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND INDICATE A RANGE FROM ECONOMY TO UPSCALE BASED ON YOUR REQUESTS AND CAN BE ADJUSTED BASED ON YOUR FINAL PLANS.
FOR WEDDINGS WITH 30-35 PEOPLE OR MORE, THE BELOW ESTIMATES BEST SHOW OUR CHARGES: COSTS DIVIDED IN FOUR PARTS AS INDICATED BELOW:
1. $3,500 - $6,000 - EXCLUSIVE RENTAL ENTIRE LODGE/ISLAND - includes boat transportation to/from shore/island, set up with tables/chairs, dance floor, use of lodge and recreation, basic needs for wedding
2. $125.00 - $175.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT - OVERNIGHT GUESTS - includes from 10 - 30 guests for minimum of 2 nights, luxury accommodations, all amenities, breakfast each morning, light lunch if needed, 24/7 refreshments / munchies / non-alcoholic drinks, recreation (fitness center, pool table, hot tub, canoes, paddle boats, hydro bikes, fishing boat, etc) Note: Your guests may pay their own overnight package if you prefer/arrangements can be made for individual bills. State bed tax is an additional $5.60 per person per night.
3. $35 - $85 PER PERSON - REHEARSAL DINNER (OR FIRST EVENING DINNER)
4. $35 - $85 PER PERSON - WEDDING RECEPTION
TOTAL COSTS RANGE FROM $10,000 - $20,000 PER EVENT
(Note: an 8% service fee will be added to the total event)
FOR WEDDINGS OF SMALLER GROUPS, LESS THAN 30, WE PROVIDE AN "ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE" THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Exclusive use of the Lodge/Island
- Luxury accommodations in all 11 suites with amenities
- All meals beginning with dinner on arrival day through brunch on departure day; this will include lunch or dinner for the special event, served or buffet style as requested
- 24/7 refreshments including coffee service, soft drinks, waters, fresh fruit, lots of munchies
- Recreation including all noted above
- Planning services as needed to have a GREAT event!
COST ESTIMATES VARY SIGNIFICANTLY DEPENDING ON YOUR REQUESTS... BUT WILL USUALLY BE BETWEEN $275 - $375 PER PERSON PER NIGHT
FOR ALL EVENTS... SMALL AND LARGE:
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED THAT NEED TO BE ARRANGED BY YOU ARE: (we will provide assistance with any item you would like help with)
- WEDDING CAKE, PHOTOGRAPHER, FLOWERS/DÉCOR, MUSIC, PERSON TO PERFORM CEREMONY
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES (you may bring whatever drinks you prefer; there is not corkage fee; a bartender is included in the above costs; we will pick up beer/wine in Missoula if needed
OTHER ITEMS TO CONSIDER:
- Maximum number of guests for reception is 100-125
- Parking is limited / request guests carpool as much as possible
- Liability insurance will be required for all events; you may provide this listing The University of Montana as an additionally insured or we can provide it for you for an estimated cost of $150 per day (this includes liquor liability)
