What do I need?

In order for your marriage to take place in the Bahamas, you must be resident in the Bahamas for a minimum of 24 hours.

The following documentation is a requirement:

Affidavit stating that applicants has never been married before or are legally divorced
Birth Certificates
Passports with proof of arrival in the Bahamas
Notarized copies of final divorce papers
(if applicable)
Notarized copies of Death Certificate of deceased spouse
(if applicable)
Full names of all parents of the Bride and Groom

Share the precious moments with your loved ones and close friends by having a video taken of these wonderful scenes. (The format for the video is the American Format but European guests can have it translated to their format when they return home.)
