After the ceremony, the spacious Main Dining Room is perfect for larger parties enjoying a magical evening of dining, dancing and toasts. This site also boasts its own fireplace to set the mood, and a beautiful "curtain" of water behind wall-to-wall french windows and doors.

For an indoor reception, The Back Patio is a delightful, sun-filled space, with walls of French doors that open to admit air as well as light. The high, sloping ceiling consists primarily of skylights, screened over to soften the sun's rays. Needless to say, the Boston ferns hanging above and the ficus trees placed throughout are thriving in their greenhouse home.

Smaller more intimate gatherings are usually held in The Oaks. Abundant light enters the Dining Room from every angle, as French doors encompassing the room give way to a high ceiling with beautiful natural wood beams. There's even a staircase by which to make your grand entrance! Crisp white table linens contrast nicely with the warm pine ceiling beams and door frames, and once again, ferns and ficus trees provide indoor greenery. Buffets are often set up on the redwood deck, which is partially shaded by overhanging oak branches.

The Garden Patios
For outdoor ceremonies, the Garden Patios right outside the Main Dining Room is the height of elegance amidst a spectacular display of natural beauty. Greenery and Water abound in this enchanting outdoor setting where the redwood arbor seems a mere extension of its natural surroundings. Guests are seated in the lawn on either side of a stone aisle with cascading waterfalls at each end. Enclosed by a low brick wall, and shaded by a canopy of surrounding trees, it's a peaceful and truly enchanting setting for an afternoon or evening affair.

Nestled in the woods behind the Cottage itself, the Country Cottage lawn is another popular spot for ceremonies. This secluded little meadow, encircled with Eucalyptus, Pine and Oak trees is perfect for nature-lovers. The lush, green environment abounds with flora, fauna and its own private waterfall. Couples tie the knot on a small earthen terrace beneath the spreading branches of an ancient Oak, or in front of a clear pond at the base of the river rock waterfall cascading from the mountain behind you.

Following a ceremony at the Cottage, the Pavilion is just a few steps away and offers the perfect setting for your reception celebration whether you choose to dine inside the room itself or outside on the patio under an elegant white tent draped with white twinkling lights. The Oaks Patio & Bridge Sunset ceremony by candlelight is unforgettable at the Oaks! Water sounds and wood decking are just part of the charm of this elegant retreat. The altar is set apart by a symbolic bridge that leads to a small waterfall amid lush vines. And a nighttime wedding or party would be especially glamorous here, since virtually every structure is elegantly draped with twinkle lights.
