The Gatehouse is perfect for 100 to 500 or more guests with formal seating in one room for 370. Unique antiques are throughout the building including 200 year old French stained-glass windows, 1920's Victorian staircase, 200 year old German fireplace, server and paneling. The building also has an additional East Room for buffets, commercial kitchen and bride & groom's changing rooms.

The Pavilion at the Gatehouse is located on one acre of private grounds with beautiful flower gardens and professional sound system - great for ceremonies. The pavilion had a pond, fountain and is lit at night for a dramatic look from the main ballroom.

The Dove House is perfect for 20 to 150 guests. Two private acres of spectacular grounds with professional sound system, pavilion and pond for outside ceremonies and large 1927 mansion with living room, dining room, large solarium, 1920's art deco wet bar, commercial kitchen and bride & groom's changing rooms.
