Superior Wedding Coordination Package is designed for the couple who wishes to actively share in the planning or take on a portion of it themselves, this package will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain some of the providers and services on your own. This comprehensive package includes the initial planning of the Destination Wedding. Once the venue has been selected,
· Initial consultation to discuss destination wedding and assist you with the etiquette and protocol for destination wedding planning
· Provide you with up to three customized resort wedding package options, itineraries pricing, and deposits requirements to help you determine the appropriate destination for wedding & reception based on both your guest travel budget and your wedding and travel budget
· Provide a list of qualified venues and preferred vendors based on the guest count at your selected wedding site locations, time and dates
· Provide you with marriage and required documents for your destination wedding ceremony
· Arrange site inspections and schedule meetings with vendors should you choose to visit your wedding site prior to your event date: Note: This should be done 1 year to 8 months in advance of wedding date
