On behalf of the club, we are delighted that you are considering the Tower Club for your wedding reception! To follow are our current Wedding Packages & Menus. Please keep in mind that this is just a sampling of what we have to offer. A customized wedding package can also be created to better fit your personal needs.

Weddings are a fabulous time for couples, their family and friends. The Tower Club is the premier venue for weddings and events, setting the standard for excellence in the Fort Lauderdale area for more than 35 years! We provide the highest level of quality and personalized service to make your special evening one to remember.

As your personal wedding coordinator, I will walk you through the steps to plan a successful event from beginning to end. Including assistance with room set-up, florals, décor ideas, menu selection, vendor recommendations and my full attention on the night of the event. My phone line is always open anytime you have a question. Our goal at the Tower Club is to provide you with a worry-free and stress-free event.

Classic Package

Includes:

Five-hour HOUSE brand open bar.
House red and white wines with dinner.
White or ivory floor length linens and napkins.
Personalized cocktail napkins.

Butler Passed Hors d’oeuvres
Host selection of four hors d’oeuvres.
Display of imported and domestic cheeses, garnished with lavosh, crackers and fresh fruit.
Vegetable crudités with spinach dip.

Salads: (select one)

Served with warm rolls and butter.

Tower Club House Salad.
Mixed greens, topped with toasted sesame seeds, Romano cheese, drizzled with Italian vinaigrette.

Classic Caesar Salad.
Romaine lettuce, tossed with a class Caesar dressing, topped with home made croutons and shaved Romano cheese.

(choice of two selections)
Served with Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetable and starch.

When offering a choice of two entrees, the counts are due three business days in advance.
Place cards must be marked with the guest’s entree order.

Beef Selections:

Teriyaki Sirloin
Prime rib of beef, with natural au jus and horseradish sauce. (minimum of 14 orders required)

Fish Selections:

Balsamic onion crusted snapper, with braised leeks, mushroom sauté and polenta.
Atlantic salmon, basted with orange-honey glaze, served with citrus scented rice and dusted with fennel pollen.

Chicken and Pork Selections:

Chicken Scaloppini, choice of herb crusted or bistro style.
Roast karabuto pork tenderloin, prepared with country BBQ sauce,
sweet potato oven fries and braised lima beans.

Duets:

Grilled breast of chicken and grilled salmon fillet with white wine beurre blanc.

Airline Breast of Chicken, bone-in

Roast karabuto pork tenderloin, prepared with country BBQ sauce,
sweet potato oven fries and braised lima beans.

Duets:

Stuffed shrimp and filet mignon, with garlic mashed potato and julienne vegetables.
Grilled breast of chicken and grilled salmon fillet with white wine beurre blanc.
