Wedding Memories Package (Basic)

· Wedding coordinator services.
· Decoration of wedding location (beach, terrace, or other hotel setting)
· White covers for table and chairs.
· Bridal bouquet & Groom's boutonniere.
· Continental Breakfast in bed for wedding couple (once per stay).
· Wedding cake for up to 20 people.
· Domestic champagne during the ceremony-reception (up to 3 bottles maximum).
· Romantic candle light dinner for the couple in our specialty Italian Restaurant. (Terrace)

Ceremony & Judge services

Witness services upon request, extra charge applies.

Marriage License & Certificate - All Spanish documents & legal fees.

PRICE: $3,200.00 USD For Up To 20 People Attending The Ceremony.

Set up & Service per each additional guest attending the ceremony: $30.00 USD

Additional group events such Welcome Dinner, Reception Dinner, etc... should be contracted at the prices in the Surcharge's List for Group Events.

· Wedding coordinator services.

· White covers for table and chairs.
· Bridal bouquet & Groom's boutonniere.
· Continental Breakfast in bed for wedding couple (once per stay).
· Wedding cake for up to 20 people.
· Domestic champagne during the ceremony-reception (up to 3 bottles maximum).
· Romantic candle light dinner for the couple in our specialty Italian Restaurant. (Terrace)
· Fruit basket upon arrival
· Manicure & Pedicure for the Bride and groom.
· Make Up and Hair Style for the Bride.
· Couple's Swedish massage for 30 minutes
· Nightly turn down service.

PRICE: $3,650.00 USD For Up To 20 People Attending the Ceremony.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WEDDINGS IN COSTA RICA

· Birth Certificate of both (Bride and Groom) : Original and copy
· Passport: Original and copy
· Final divorce decree if either party is divorced; death certificate if either party is widowed. Only originals
· Two witnesses: Passport: Original and copy. If the bride and groom do not bring their own witnesses, the hotel could provide them.
· Additional Information: occupation, addresses, nationalities, ages, of both, bride and groom and witnesses.
· The bride and groom must be at the property at least 2 days prior to the wedding date, in order to finalize the necessary paper work and wedding details.
· Ceremony must be scheduled with officials at least one month in advance

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

· The wedding package should be paid in cash prior to Wedding.
· This price will be valid until December 15th, 2012.
