EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES:

Linens and cloth napkins in different colors (white or ivory for Ocean Breeze Buffet Menu)
Place setting Includes: china dinner plate, flatware, water goblets and champagne flutes or wine glass
All buffet tables, equipment and service.
All upscale disposable ware for hors d’oeuvres, cake, coffee and bar area

CATERING SERVICES:

Rod Houck Presents, LLC and Ocean View Beach Club pride themselves on the highest-standard, full service caterers. We offer fully staffed buffet dinner or elegant sit down dinner service. These seasoned professionals specialize in customization. If you wish to add to our packages, we will arrange an appointment with our caterer who will be happy to detail a custom proposal for you. Additional fees beyond our packages will apply. Our caterers realize that being a caterer is more than just providing good food for an event– the food must be exceptional and the service impeccable. They will take care of your set up of the ceremony and reception areas, coordinate the timeline with the DJ or band and coordinator, decorate buffet tables, buss, cut and serve your cake, provide all breakdown and clean up. (Client is responsible for removing any and all decorations of any kind. A $250.00 charge will be applied if client fails to comply).

COFFEE BAR:

Special Blend Coffee and Decaf Bar With Chocolate Chips, Whipped Cream and Cinnamon Sticks, French Vanilla and Hazelnut Flavorings, Assorted Teas

BEVERAGE PACKAGE:

Partial Bar set up includes: portable bar unit, bartender, all ice, cups, assorted soft drinks, mineral waters and choice of Brewed Tropical Iced Tea or Fresh Basil-Nectarine Lemonade. Caterer will also chill and serve any client-supplied wine, beer and champagne or they can make arrangements to order your alcohol. There is no corkage fee. Full Service Bar available for additional fee. Please inquire.

CALIFORNIA DREAM’N BAR:

Set up by adding $3.00 per person to pricing below for additional mixers, juices and garnishes and staff for mixed drinks bar and which also includes mixers for our… FRESH PASSION FRUIT MOJITOS & (choice of one of the following) Pomegranate Martinis Mango Margaritas Summer Citrus Sangria Fresh Strawberry Daiquiris

BUFFET PACKAGES:
