EVENT SPECIFICS . . .

OUTDOOR VENUES
The resort may suggest relocating events indoors due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions; final decision must be made by 10am on day of event,
if not prior. Fort Lauderdale Beach is designated for public use; we recommend that ceremonies be performed prior to 12:00pm, alternatively they may be performed at Sunset. No Food or Alcoholic Beverages are permitted on the beach. The Sunrise Terrace is available for events that begin at 6 :30pm and beyond. All outdoor music must conclude by 10pm.

SPLIT MENUS
It is our pleasure to offer a choice of entrée selection for your event. We can offer up to three selections excluding special dietary requests. Final selections must be made no later than 10am, (3) business days prior to your event. We also request place cards indicating guest choice along with final counts by table number.
All meal selections will be charged at the higher price.

WEDDING CAKE
Wedding Cake is included in your wedding package; for certain designs that include fondant icing, pastillage, metal leafing, or intricate designs an additional charge will apply. Wedding Package Cakes may be viewed Online:

No other outside Food & Beverage is allowed.

DÉCOR, LINEN, & FLORALS:
White Satin floorlength linen and white linen napkins are included in our service. All other decorative elements & centerpieces are excluded.
Should you desire alternative linens or decorative support, please consult our Wedding Specialist. Please note that confetti is not allowed and that no items are to be hung on the walls or suspended from ceilings without prior consultation
