TERMS AND CONDITIONS - "MELIÁ WEDDING PACKAGE" -~Couple must reserve a minimum of 7 nights at double adult occupancy in a 2nd or higher category room (M experience and Jr. Suite
including Royal Service Master Suite & Royal Service One-Bedroom Master Suite). Reservation is required to confirm Free Package
eligibility.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS TO REMEMBER:

~Packages are effective for Events occurring on and after January 01, 2008-December 2008.
~Meliá Wedding Package, Tides and Tropical Fairy Tale have to be booked directly with the Resort's
Celebrations Specialists in order to confirm dates.
~Legal and/ or Religious Ceremony have a surcharge, priced per Resort and subject to local availability and legal requirements.
~Meliá Wedding Package, Tides and Tropical Fairy Tale are all commissionable 20% to Tour Operators
and Wholesalers and 10% to Travel Agents and/or Wedding planners
~All other Celebrations customized events items (Romantic dinners, Rehearsal dinners, etc.) are noncommissionable.
~Deposits & contracts are to be signed by all parties involved (hotel/couple) in order to confirm any Celebration Package.
~Day & Night Passes are required for ALL Guests not staying at the Hotel and attending the Ceremony or Event Resort in order to access the property, priced per resort.
