Amelia Island Plantation offers the beauty of a barrier island, draped with live oaks and Spanish moss, the pristine beach along the Atlantic Ocean, green grasslands of the marshes along the Intracoastal Waterway. The possibilities for wedding experiences range from an intimate few to a grandiose few hundred and offer your guests a place to rest, relax, have some fun and truly celebrate your special occasion.

Ceremony:
When selecting your ceremony site, the Chapel is located near Red Maple Lake and is shaded by the beautiful moss draped oaks. Or choose beach side where you can say "I do" with a sandy coast, waves lapping the shore, and a breath-taking view of the Atlantic Ocean for up to 130 people. The Ocean View Terrace is a stone terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the 6th green of the Ocean Links Golf Course, and offers a memorable setting for a ceremony, reception or buffet or move into the Ocean View Room for dinner. It presents a spectacular view and accommodates from 50 to 130 guests. We also have numerous conference rooms and ballrooms to host from the smallest of weddings up to 500 guests.

Receptions:
The Ocean View terrace offers space for an outdoor cocktail reception or dinner buffet. It also gives indoor/outdoor space to enhance your guests' experience. For the more fun and festive beach side reception, the Beach Club upper Deck is the ideal poolside location, which also offers a magnificent ocean view exclusive to your invited guests. On the marsh side of the Plantation, Walker's Landing offers a view of the wild, yet wonderful, salt marsh teaming with wild life. Guests can enjoy the sunset from the balcony surrounding this facility, while indoors offers the warmth of hardwood floors, fieldstone fireplace, and windows offering the breathtaking views of the marsh.

We will assist with your events, from bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners to the Big Day. In addition, we will work with our award-winning pastry chef to create a design and flavor combination that exceeds even your most exacting standards.

Accommodations:
The ocean-view Amelia Inn & Beach Club offers 249 luxury hotel rooms, as well as a spectacular two-tiered pool deck. All private balconies face the ocean. The Villas of Amelia provide guests with residential-style accommodations with ocean and resort view one, two and three bedroom villas, kitchens, dining areas, spacious living rooms, multiple baths and private bedrooms. Most villa complexes have at least one pool.
