Malliouhana's highly revered restaurant boasts a magnificent sweeping Caribbean Sea view. Recipient of many international awards for food and dining, the restaurant is under the guidance of Parisian Michelin two-star chef, Michel Rostang.
The ingenious creativity of head chef Alain Laurent infuses classic Mediterranean cuisine with local Caribbean flavor. Malliouhana is home to the Caribbean's largest wine cellar, over 25,000 bottles, carefully chosen to complement your wedding menus.
Especially spacious, our rooms and suites could hardly be more accommodating. Too large for one building, they are spread throughout the property, in the main house, on the terrace and in villas located in the garden, on the beach and on the bluff. Each has a terrace or balcony, a stunning sea view and subtle, stylish views throughout the elegant interiors. They are decorated with rich, dark walnut, rattan furnishings and colorful Haitian artwork. The large bathrooms are fully lined with Italian marble. Couples seeking solitude have 3 sandy beaches, stretching 1 mile, at their disposal. Other hotel facilities include 3 freshwater pools, 4 championship tennis courts and a half-size basketball court. For our ocean enthusiast's we have a private motor cruiser on hand for snorkeling, scuba diving and deep sea fishing.
