From the rustic charm of the beautifully appointed cabins, to the natural splendor of the hot springs that surround them, Dunton most certainly serves as the perfect setting for a memorable event.
Dunton’s eleven guest cabins are authentic nineteenth century hand-hewn, log buildings, restored by local and Native American craftsmen who specialize in traditional building techniques. Each bears a distinct individual character and history. They are furnished with luxury amenities, and share splendid views that change throughout the day as the sunlight shifts on the mountains. It is a five minute walk to the outdoor wedding chapel, the bar, the saloon and dance hall, the hot springs in the teepee and bath house, the massage and yoga rooms, the bank of the West Dolores river, the waterfall, and the exquisite library. Wireless broadband Internet, videoconferencing, and digital image production are also available.
Beyond the town lies some of the most breathtakingly pristine, yet accessible, terrain in the world. Sweeping stands of Aspen, majestic 14,000 ft. peaks, tumbling rivers, silent lakes and flower strewn meadows.
